Who I am

What this site collects

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it — pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location, and device type. This involves cookies and collects data in a form that doesn't personally identify you to me. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with an ad blocker; the site works fine without them.

There are no accounts, no forms, and no marketing lists on this site. The only personal data I receive is what you choose to send me directly — by email or phone.

How I use what you send me

If you email or call about your Google Ads or your product feed, I use your details solely to respond and, if we end up working together, to deliver the work. I don't add you to mailing lists, and I never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

How long I keep it

Email correspondence is retained as a normal business record. If you'd like previous correspondence deleted, ask and I'll do it unless a legal or accounting obligation requires keeping it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it's used. Email petere@roksys.co.uk and I'll deal with it directly. If you're not happy with my response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
